2. Service Scope
Lingiumflow provides digital learning tools including study sets, quizzes, notes, progress tracking, and AI-assisted features.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
- You must provide accurate information.
- We may suspend accounts for policy violations or abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the app, violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require paid plans. Billing is handled through platform payment systems. Renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are explained at Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
App software and branding belong to Lingiumflow and licensors. User-generated study content remains user-owned, subject to a limited license to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation
The app is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit or terminate access for serious violations.
