1. Platform Rule
Most purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund outcomes may depend on Google Play billing rules and local law.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime through your Google Play subscriptions screen.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access remains active until the current billing period ends unless local law states otherwise.
3. Refund Requests
- For Google Play purchases, first request through Google Play order history.
- If unresolved, contact us with your order ID for additional review.
