Account and Data Deletion
You can request account deletion and personal data removal using the options below.
Option 1: In-App
- Open Lingiumflow app.
- Go to Settings > Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request.
Option 2: Email Request
Send your request to privacy@lingium.com from the account email address.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile and authentication data.
- User-created study content and history, unless legal retention is required.
- Associated app-level personalization records.
Deletion Timeline
- Request acknowledgment: usually within 7 business days.
- Full deletion/anonymization: typically within 30 to 90 days, subject to backups and legal obligations.
